HELLENIC PETROLEUM R.S.S.O.P.P. S.A. resulted from the demerger by way of hive down of the refining, supply and trading of oil products and petrochemicals sector of HELLENIC PETROLEUM S.Α., in January 2022, in the context of HELLENiQ ENERGY’s transformation.
