HELLENIC PETROLEUM SINGLE -MEMBER SOCIETE ANONYME (HELLENiQ  PETROLEUM S.A.) was established in January 2022 following the demerger by way of hive down of the refining, supply, and trading of oil products and petrochemicals sector of “HELLENIC PETROLEUM S.Α.”. HELLENiQ PETROLEUM is a fully owned subsidiary of HELLENiQ ENERGY.
 
The company’s activities  include:
