HELLENIC PETROLEUM Group’s strategic goal is to become a provider of low carbon energy solutions and to reduce its carbon footprint by 50% until 2030, in order to contribute in addressing the issue of climate change and to strive towards energy transformation.

In this light, the Group launches the refinery of the future, in which innovative technologies will be developed and new raw materials, renewable energy sources, hydrogen, and recycled CO₂ will be utilized.

In addition, the Group paves the way for clean fuels production, responding to the need for reduced carbon emissions in all transport sectors and helping to achieve the EU's ambitious climate neutrality targets.
